The amount will only be refunded if the goods are damaged or in poor condition.

To ask for a refund, write to pedro@vinosbiopedrolivares.com with the subject “Refund request”, your order or invoice number, the name and email used for the order, a phone number and the reason. The purchase conditions explain the 14-day withdrawal right and what happens if a bottle arrives broken.
